    Obituary- Reser, Elva
    Mrs. Elva Reser
    Mrs. Elva Reser, age 90, who passed away Friday, Jan. 3, at the home of her son Abe Van Horne, in Junction City, was buried Monday in Rossville cemetery.
    She was born Dec. 22, 1850 in La Salle, Ill., moved to Missouri with her parents, when a child and later came to Kansas and settled near Topeka, in 1880. She was a member of the Third Christian church.
    Mrs. Reser was the second wife of the late Harvey Reser, a former resident of this community.
    Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Violette Wright of Topeka; three sons, Abe Van Horne and Wilbur Van Horne of Junction City, and Jim Van Horne of Topeka; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday at 1:30 at the Penwell chapel.
