    Clyde O. Rice
    Clyde O. Rice, 61, died unexpectedly at his home in Burlingame early Saturday afternoon.

    Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Federated Church in Burlingame, and burial was in the cemetery there.

    Mr. Rice was born August 18, 1888, in Chanute and moved with his parents to Rossville when he was five years of age. He was graduated from the Rossville public schools, and lived here until his marriage in 1910.

    Mr. and Mrs. Rice lived in Topeka following their marriage, and moved to Burlingame 24 years ago, where he was engaged in farming.

    He leaves his wife, Mrs. Rose Elizabeth Rice, two daughters, Mrs. Thelma Dunn of Topeka and Mrs. Doris Jennings of Burlingame; two sons, Dale and Dean, both of Burlingame; one brother, Jim Rice of Kansas City; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Mize and Mrs. Ethel Gill of Topeka and four grandchildren.

    Miss Grace White, Press White, Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Whearty attended the funeral of Clyde Rice Monday afternoon at Burlingame.
