He is survived by his wife, Alma, of the home, his mother, Mrs. Daisy Rice of Rossville, Two sisters, Mrs. Jess Tush of Oahi, California, and Mrs. John Martel of Merriam, Kansas; two brothers, Lloyd of Culver City, California, and Frank Jr. of Colinga, California. Mrs. Rice flew to California immediately upon receiving word of his death Monday morning.
