  		Marriage- Sanders, Grace-Rogers, Warner Wearing a three-quarter bridal veil, a gown of white satin trimmed with matching overlace yoke and sleeves and carrying an arm bouquet of pink roses, Miss Grace Sanders, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Sanders, became the wife Wednesday morning of Mr. Warner Rogers, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Rogers at Willard. The wedding took place at the Rossville Christian Church. C.K. Thomas officiating.
  		Anniversary- Rogers, Warner and Grace To Celebrate Silver Wedding Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Warner Rogers of Route No. 9, Topeka, will be honored with a reception Sunday, July 26th, in celebration of their 25th wedding anniversary. The reception will be held at their home south of Dover from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Relatives and friends are cordially invited.

• Documents		Obituary- Rogers, Grace Grace M. Rogers Dover-Grace M. Rogers, 100, died Thursday, February 19, 2009 at Rolling Hills Care Home in Topeka. She was born February 20, 1908 near Rossville, the daughter of William and Flora Kinnett Sanders. She graduated from Rossville High School in 1926 and taught school in the Rossville community for 8 years. Mrs. Rogers was a member of the Dover Federated Church, the ladies aide of the church and the Dover Grange. She had lived all of her married life in the Dover community until moving to Topeka several years ago. She was united in marriage to Warner Rogers on August 1, 1934 at Rossville. He preceded her in death on October 15,1993. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Greg Vilander on July 4,1970. Survivors include a son Marvin (Ruth) Rogers, Richardson, TX; a daughter Norma Jean (Leon) Vilander, Eskridge; grandchildren, LuAnn Buchan, Scott (Lorie) Rogers and Gayle Rogers; 7 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10:30 A.M. Monday, February 23,2009 at the Dover Federated Church. Interment will be in the Dover Cemetery. Mrs. Rogers will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Sunday, February 22, 2009 at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dover Federated Church or to Heart of America Hospice and sent in care of Piper Funeral Home, St. Marys.
