Delbert was born on June 24,1941 in Coffeyville, KS to James E. and Lillie Mae (Knowlton) Russell. Delbert is survived by one niece, Robin Kinzer of Humble, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, by one brother, Phillip Russell, and by one sister, Goldie Gates. A graveside service and interment will be held at 1:00p.m., Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Coffeyville, KS.
