    Gertrude Sears
    LAWRENCE – Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Rumsey Funeral Home here for Mrs. Gertrude L. Sears, 81, Lawrence, who died Saturday in a hospital here.

    She was born Jan. 30, 1888, at Pepsin, Mo., and lived at Lawrence 17 years.

    Survivors include her husband, Clarence A. Sears, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Warren, Kansas City, and Mrs. Bea Abram, Jewell; three sons, Cecil Peters, 1945 N. Jefferson, Topeka, Claude Peters, Lawrence, and Lester Peters, Moore, Okla.; 23 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.

    Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lawrence.
