    Adelia Simecka Dies At Age 89
    Mrs. Adelia Simecka, 89, of Rossville, died Thursday in a Topeka hospital.

    She was born July 24, 1878, in Austria, and came to the United States as a small child. Since then she had lived in the Rossville-Delia area. She was a member of the St. Stanislaus Parish at Rossville.

    Surviving are a half-brother, Valen Lysek, Delia; two half-sisters, Miss Julia Lysek and Mrs. Anna Hladky, both of Rossville, and several nieces and nephews.

    Services were at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Marys at 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

    St. Marys - Mrs. Adelia Simecka, 89, of Rossville, died Thursday in a Topeka Hospital.

    Rosary will be recited at Verschelden Chapel, St. Marys, at 8:15 p.m. Friday. Services will be at the Immaculate Conception Church, St. Marys at 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
