Sneller arrived home Wednesday night from Arkansas city where they were called last week by the sudden and unexpected death of their daughter-in-law, Mrs. Arthur Sneller. Funeral services were held Thursday at Arkansas City and the body taken to Iola for burial. |

Mrs. W.A. Sneller
Lucille Anderson was born at Toronto, Kansas, May 4, 1901, and departed this life at Arkansas City, November 19, 1929, age 28 years, 6 months, and 15 days.
At the age of 2 1/2 years she with her parents, moved to Iola, Kansas, and resided there until her marriage to W.A. Sneller, June 13, 1920. Mr. and Mrs. Sneller lived at Kingman, Kansas, four years and moved from there to Arkansas City, where they resided until her death.
She accepted Christ as her Savior in her childhood and has been an ardent walker until she was called to her reward. At the time of her death she was a member of the Methodist church of Arkansas City.
She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, W.A. Sneller, and four children: Madge Marise, 7; Shirley Louise, 5; William Arthur, jr., 2; Robert Max, 10 months, all of Arkansas City, and her parents, B.M. Anderson, her father, Clara E. Anderson her mother, Glenn T. Anderson, her brother, and her sister, Arlene, all of Iola; and other relatives and a host of friends wherever she has lived.
The funeral was conducted at the United Brethren church by Rev. C.S. Hanson, assisted by Rev. N.L. Vezie. Interment was in the Highland cemetery.
The following people drove by auto from Arkansas City to attend the funeral: Mrs. McGhramm, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Whitney, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Padgett, Mr. and Mrs. Heathman, Supt. C.E. St. John, Mr. Sumner Greenwood.
Relatives of Mrs. Sneller from out of town who attended the funeral were: Mrs. M.L. Crumrine, of Salyards, Miss Freda Crumrine, Salyards; Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Thompson, of Reece, Mr. V. Idy, Reece.
