| Obituary- Spetter, Charles Charles Spetter
Mont. — Memorial Mass of the Resurrection will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Drummond, Mont., for Charles Spetter, 65, Hall, formerly of Topeka. He died Thursday, March 7, at a Helena hospital.
Mr. Spetter owned and operated a radio and television repair shop.
He was born Sept. 17, 1919, at Clovis, N.M., the son of Otis and Sophea Polenek Spetter. He moved with his parents to Topeka at an early age and lived in Topeka almost 20 years.
He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U S. Marine Corps on Iwo Jima. He moved to Butte, Mont., after his discharge.
His wife, Mrs. Dorothy Palmer Spetter, died in 1954.
Survivors include a brother, Eugene Spetter, Delia; and three sisters, Sister Viola Prue, Paxico, Sister Mathilda Spetter, Yucaipa, Calif., and Gertrude Spetter, Pharr, Texas.
Mr. Spetter was cremated. Jewell Funeral Home, Deer Lodge, Mont., was in charge of arrangements.
