    MRS. FLOSSIE STANLEY
    Mrs. Flossie Irene Stanley, 74, Rossville, died Sunday, April 8, 1979, at, her home after an illness of three years.

    She was born October 10, 1904, at Oskaloosa.

    Mrs. Stanley was a member of Eastside Baptist Church of Topeka and Rebekah Lodge No. 36, IOOF, Cambridge, Nebr., serving there as past noble grand.

    She was married to John Stanley on January 24, 1946, at Overland, Ks. He survives. A son, Neel Brown, preceded her in death in 1947.

    Other survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Clara Roll, Wichita, Mrs. Bonnie Parson, Topeka, and Mrs. Mary Jane Briant, Oklahoma City, Okla.; 12 grandchildren, 24 step- grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

    Services were at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Newcomer-Diffenderfer Funeral Home. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery.
