    Theresa Stueve

    St. Marys- Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church here for Theresa Ann Stueve, 19, St. Marys, who was found dead late Sunday night near the wreckage of a motorcycle in Tuttle Creek State Park near Manhattan.

    Her companion, identified as David A. Small, 21, Fort Riley, also was killed. Authorities said both apparently died Saturday night when they were thrown from the motorcycle after it plunged down an embankment and hit a tree stump.

    Theresa Stueve was born May 2B, 1953, at Sterling, Ill., and lived at St. Marys since 1957. She was graduated from St. Marys High School in 1971 and had been employed at McCall’s pattern distribution center at Manhattan. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at St. Marys.

    Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Myron Stueve, St. Marys; two brothers, Joseph Stueve, Abernathy, Tex., and James Stueve, Hiawatha; and five sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Mulanax, Delia, Mrs. Delores Hladky, Emmett, and Margaret Stueve, Phyllis Stueve, and Ross Stueve, all of St. Marys.

    Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery at St. Marys. A wake service will be at 8 p.m. today at Verschelden Funeral Home at St. Marys.
