Mr. and Mrs. Reed Perry of Holton celebrated their Golden Wedding anniversary February 21. They came to Rossville township as bride and groom in the spring of '69 and located north of Rossville. Mr. Perry and his brother Joe built and operated the flour mill, the Perry brothers hauling most of the material for the building from a lumber yard on Soldier Creek. Mr. and Mrs. Perry lived at the mill about two years, selling out their interest to Joe and moved back to Jackson county.
