Services were at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Verschelden Funeral Home for Earl Wilt, 60, Rossville, who died Wednesday in a Newton nursing home where he had been three weeks.
He was born October 29, 1912 at Rossville.
Mr. Wilt was an insurance agent for the People’s State Bank of Rossville. He was a member of the Kansas Real Estate Board and Hesperian Lodge No. ill AF&AM of Rossville.
He married Louise Johnson in November of 1941 in California. She died several years ago.
Survivors include three sons, Dr.
Howard Wilt, Tempe, Ariz., John B. Wilt, Fairbanks, Alaska, and Mark Wilt, Rossville; two daughters, Mrs. Marilyn Whittle, Sedgwick, and Mrs. Jeanette Thornton, Wichita; a brother, Roy Wilt, Rossville, a sister, Mrs. Clara Flory, Howard, Ks., and eight| grandchildren.
Burial was in Rossville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer
Society.
Pallbears were Joe M. Gresser, Marvin Davis, Joe C. Campbell, Clifford Cormack, Delbert Olson and Charles Dayton.
