    Margaret Wax
    Margaret Malvina Wax was born at Westmoreland, Kansas, September 29, 1884. She was the daughter of the late James and Ann Reser Kinnett. She departed this life December 31, 1952, at a Topeka hospital, at the age of 68 years, 3 months and 2 days.

    Her parents settled on a farm northwest of Rossville when she was a child, where she grew to womanhood. She affiliated with the Rossville Christian Church.

    She was united in marriage to Clinton C. Wax. To this union five children were born, all of whom survive: Captain Malvin C. Wax of Anchorage, Alaska; Mrs. Verna Hilton of Quenemo, Kansas; Mrs. Bernice Butts of Shawnee, Okla.; Leroy C of LaMesa, Calif.; and Elbert C., of Marcelene, Mo. She also is survived by 16 grandchildren.

    Funeral services were held Sunday, January 4, at the Eslinger Funeral Home in Topeka. Rev. Stone conducted the service. Mrs. Warner Rogers sane "No Night There" and "God Will Take Care of You."

    The pallbearers were: Arthur Lee, Warren Kinnett, Roy Bender, Maurice Tilton, Edward Bartelds and Warner Rogers.

    Interment was in the family lot in Rossville Cemetery.
