| Obituary- Wyatt, Robert 1 Robert Charles Wyatt
DELIA - Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Verschelden Funeral Home, St. Marys, for Robert Charles Wyatt, 57, Delia, who died Friday at a Topeka hospital.
He was born Sept. 6, 1923, at Minden, Neb.
Mr. Wyatt was a Goodyear employee 27 years. He moved to Topeka in 1953 and moved to Delia in 1966. He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in India, Burma and China from 1943-44.
He married Edna Marie Bent Oct. 8, 1949, at St. Joseph, Mo. She survives. Other survivors include five sons, Robert D. Wyatt, Lakin, Ronal D. Wyatt, of the home, Michael E. Wyatt, Hoyt; Patrick W. Wyatt, Garden City, and David S. Wyatt, of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kaih Wyatt, Elmont; four brothers, Harley Wyatt, Hastings, Neb.; Tom Wyatt, Aurora, Neb.; Larry Wyatt, Arvada, Colo., and Jerry Wyatt, Houston, Texas; two sisters, Dorothy Paul, Bentwater Air Force Base, England, and Hazel Schmelze, 812 Oakland, Topeka; six grandchildren.
Burial with military graveside services conducted by Jimmy Lillard Post No. 31, American Legion, Rossville, will be in the Delia Cemetery. Mr. Wyatt will like in state from 2 p.m. Monday until service time at the funeral home.
