| Obituary- Wyatt, Susan MRS JAMES WYATT
Mrs. Susan E. Wyatt, aged 73 years, 6 months and 4 days, died Wednesday morning, April 22, at 5 o’clock at her home three-fourths of a mile west of Grove.
Mrs. Wyatt succumbed to an illness of about eleven days duration.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock in the Silver Lake Baptist church of which faith Mrs. Wyatt had been a member since girlhood. The body will be brought to Rossville cemetery for burial.
Mrs. Wyatt had been a resident of Rossville and Silver Lake townships since September, 1891, when the family moved to Rossville from Morgan county, Kentucky, where she was born October 17, 1851.
Beside her aged husband she is survived by eight children, four boys and four daughters. They are: John, of Silver Lake; Alva, of Maysville, Kentucky; Auty, of Sacramento, Calif.; Cleve, of Rossville; Mrs. W.W. Trimble, of Topeka; Mrs. Lula Forrest, of Sacramento, Calif.; Mrs. J.W. Barney and Mrs. Noah Trimble of Rossville. Two brothers and one sister also survive: H.W. Cottle of Topeka, John Howerton, of Lenox, Kentucky and Mrs. Tom Caskey, of Lenox, Kentucky. There are twenty-two grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
