    THE TOPEKA CAPITAL-JOURNAL May 29, 1984

    Michael A. Nocktonick, 15, 1321 Polk, was killed late Saturday, May 26, in an auto accident near 25th and Topeka Avenue.

    He was born Aug. 1, 1968, at Ottawa, the son of Norwood F. and Sherry A. Davenort Nocktonick. He moved to Topeka from Mayetta in 1978.
    He was a member of the Indian Club at Topeka High School and had been active in elementary school and junior high school athletics.
    Survivors include his father, Norwood Nocktonick, Topeka; his mother, Sherry Nocktonick, Topeka; a sister, Joelee A. Nocktonick, Topeka; and grandparents, Susie Wah bno sah, Delia; and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sanache, Tama,Iowa.
    Indian drum services will begin Wednesday evening at the former Louis Nocktonick home in Mayetta.
    Burial services will begin about 2 p. m. Thursday at Shaughnessey Cemetery near Mayetta. Michael Nocktonick will lie in state after 2 p. m. today at Brennan Funeral Home.
