She was born October 20, 1927, at Rossville, the daughter of Charles D. and Jesse Steffee Parr. She lived at Rossville before moving to Topeka in 1958. She graduated from Rossville high School in 1943. She was employed by the State of Kansas for 37 years and retired from the Department of Information, Systems, and Computers. She married Herman C. Bringle June 20, 1945, at Topeka. He Survives. Other Survivors include two sons, Herman L. Bringle, Topeka, and Kerry T. Bringle, Sugar Land, TX; one daughter, Marsha J. Bouillet, Topeka; one sister, Minnie Atchison, Topeka; Seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. She was cremated. Private graveside interment for the cremains was in Rossville Cemetery under direction of Parker-Price Mortuary, Topeka.
