  Obituary- Baird, John JOHN BAIRD John H. Baird, 74, a resident of Sumner, Washington, for 37 years died recently at his home. Mr. Baird was born in Rossville. He was a retired engineer of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 606, Tacoma. He was a member of the Methodist Church for 45 years and r member of Hesperian Lodge No. 111, F&AM of Rossville for the past 25 years. Surviving are his wife, Lura; a brother, Martin Baird in Connec¬ticut and several nephews and nieces. Services were held in the First Methodist Church in Sumner, with burial in Sumner Cemetery.
