  Obituary- Myers, Ethel Mrs. Ethel E. Myers Mrs. Ethel E. Myers, 82, 915 W. 10th, died Tuesday, July 23, at a Topeka hospital. Mrs. Myers was a legal secretary in Topeka 50 years before she retired. She was born Dec. 22, 1902, near Grantville, the daughter of Floyd E. and Mertie I. Cochren Banta. She spent her life in the Topeka area. Mrs. Myers was a member of First Presbyterian Church. She was married to Lovelle Myers Oct. 12, 1932, in Topeka. He died Feb. 27, 1944. Survivors include five sisters, Mrs. Elsie Graham, Oakdale, Calif., and Mrs. Mabel Dibbern, Mrs. Lola Landis, Mrs. Lois Burnin and Mrs. Helen Bonjour, all of Topeka. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Newcomer-Diffenderfer Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Myers will lie in state after 1 p.m. today at the funeral home.
