He was born March 14, 1933, at Wilson, the son of Charles N. and Phyllis [missing] Ulrich, and lived in Rossville [missing] years. Mr. Ulrich was and electrician and a Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the United Presbyterian Church and Jimmie Lillard Post #31 of the American Legion, both at Rossville. He was also a member of the National Rifle Association and Local #226 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Topeka. He was married to Marquetta Duley July 20, 1973, at Rossville. She survives. Other survivors include two sons, Rick Norman Ulrich, Topeka, and Tim P. Ulrich, Hutchinson; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Diana Dee Pummill and Mrs. Donna Dean Cromwell, both in Topeka; and five grandchildren. Services were at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Parker-Price Mortuary. Jimmie Lillard Post #31 of the American Legion will conduct graveside services at Mount Hope Cemetery, Topeka.
