  Obituary- Lutz, Carrie Mrs. Carrie Elizabeth Lutz Mrs. Carrie Elizabeth Lutz, 80, died Saturday morning, July 9, at her home west of Mayetta. Born April 9, 1875, in Clyde, she came to Jackson County as a young woman. She is survived by her husband, John Lutz of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Kathren Ross of Orindo, Calif.; nine sons, Fred, Paul, Frank and Theodore, all of Holton, Chester, Lester and Oscar all of Delia, Charles of Vancouver, Wash., and John of Bushnell, Nebr.; a sister, Jane Hoisington of Adair, Okla., and a brother, William Montgomery of Pleasanton. Funeral services were held at 2 pm Tuesday, July 12, at Padden Funeral Home in Holton with burial in Holton Cemetery.
