Mrs. Ella Lambert
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Christian Church at Rossville for Mrs. Ella Maude Lambert, 74, Rossville, who died Friday in a Topeka hospital where she was admitted March 17. She had a heart ailment.
She was born July 29, 1900, at Ellsworth and lived in the Rossville community about 30 years. She was a member of the Christian Church at Rossville.
Her husband, Joe Lambert, died in February, 1962.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Young, Klamath Falls, Ore., Mrs. Vivian Jo Cantwell, Lake Lotawana, Mo., and Mrs. Delores J. Casey, Ozawkie; a son, Vernon J. Lambert, Washington, D.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Miller, Mrs. Barbara Weis, and Mrs. Florence Hoops, all of Salina: two brothers, Arthur Young, Ellsworth, and Jim Young, Missoula, Mont.; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery. Mrs. Lambert will lie in state until 9 p.m. Sunday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas Heart Association, 5229 W. 7th, 66606.

Mrs. Ella Maude Lambert, 74, a long time Rossville resident, died Friday, March 21, 1975 at a Topeka hospital. She had a heart ailment.
She was born July 29, 1900, at Ellsworth and had lived in Rossville about 30 years.
She was a member of the Rossville Christian Church.
Her husband, Joe Lambert, died in February 1962.
