    Mrs. L. Agnes Workman
    Mrs. L. Agnes Workman, 83, Grantville, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 1990, at a Rossville care home.

    She was born March 15, 1906, in Williamstown, the daughter of Sylvester and Emmaline Whitlock Webb.

    Mrs. Workman was a member of the Farm Bureau.

    She was married to Harvey W. Workman May 25, 1928, in Lawrence. They farmed in the Grantville community many years. He died Oct. 10, 1970. A son, Johnny Workman, died Sept. 22, 1947.

    Survivors include three sons, Harvey R. Workman, Topeka, and Dan L. Workman and William Workman, both of Grantville; a daughter, Jacqueline Hall, Grantville; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

    Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Davidson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Grantville Cemetery. Mrs. Workman will lie in state after 1 p.m. today at the funeral home where relatives and friends will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
