Mrs. Rosa A. Simon, 69, Topeka, died Saturday in a Topeka hospital where she had been a patient a few weeks. She was born Feb. 18,1903 at Blaine and lived in Topeka more than 50 years. She owned and operated the Vanity Fair Beauty Shop before she retired.
She was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church and the guild at the church. She also was a member of St. Francis Hospital Auxiliary. Survivors include 3 brothers, Frank McBride, Kansas City, John McBride, North Miami, Okla. and Steve McBride, Westfield, Ind.
Services will be Monday at Holy Name Catholic church with burial in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Brennan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements where parish rosary will be recited this evening.
