Obituary- McAdams, Margaret 3

She was patient in her suffering endeavoring to cheer her family and her friends by her hopefulness of getting wed. She knew her case was very certain and expected a willing submission to the Lord, and yet she had an intense desire to live that she might do more and better work for Jesus. The young people of Rossville were the burden of her thoughts; she longed that they might all be saved. She often said "Mama, why is it that I have to lie here and suffer when I would so love to be at work for my Master, and see so many thoughtless girls walking the streets for pastime, when there is so much to do?"

A few days before her death she began to fail and on Tuesday grew rapidly worse and said, "Mamma I will have to give up, I cannot live."

The family physician was called but could give no relief and shortly after twelve o'clock on the morning of November 29th, her spirit went home to be forever with the Lord.

Margaret has gone to Jesus her light.
Her spirit has taken its flight
But her pleading voice is calling still
Come, come! Whosoever will, whosoever will!
