Obituary- Courtney, Clara

MRS. CLARA COURTNEY
Mrs. Clara Courtney, 80, Rossville, died Saturday, Novem¬ber 9, 1974, in a Topeka hospital where she was readmitted Thurs-day. She had a heart ailment.
She was born October 15, 1894, at Parsons and lived at St. Marys many years. She moved to Rossville several years ago.
She was married to George Courtney in 1923 at Parsons. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Betty Sack, Wichita; and three grandchildren.
Mrs. Courtney donated her body to the University of Kansas Medical Center for research. Arrangements were handled by Verschelden Funeral Home at St. Marys.
