Obituary- Renner, Hilda
Dies in Los Angeles.
Hilda Stoyell Renner, daughter of the late John and Hattie Stoyell, old time residents of Rossville, passed away in a Los Angeles hospital May 30, 1930; age 43 years, five days. Mrs. Renner was born in Rush Center, Kansas and spent her early life in Topeka, and was educated in that city.
In 1908 she was united in marriage to George K. Renner, their home being established in Huntington Park, Calif. Mrs. Renner died of a lingering illness, cancer. Beautiful and impressive were services conducted by the pastor of the Presbyterian church of which she was a member. Also Eastern Star services were given. The many beautiful floral offerings and large gathering that assembled to pay their last tribute of love, spoke of the esteem and friendship in which she was held in her community.
She leaves to mourn her death a devoted husband; a son, John who has grown to manhood and established a home of his own; a young daughter Mary, age 7; two brothers John C. Stoyell of Salt Lake City; Guy B. Stoyell, Berkeley, Calif.
She was laid to rest in Forrest Lawn Memorial park, Glendale, Calif.
