Obituary- Paine, Kent

Kent W. Paine
Rossville- Kent W. Paine, 72, died November 13, 2018.

He was born in Rossville in 1945 to Chet and Evelyn Baird Paine. Kent worked at Santa Fe Shops in Topeka and retired in January 2006. Hunting and fishing were his passion.

He was married to Donna Freeby Paine for 51 years. She survives of the home. Together they have two sons, David Paine, Gardner and Kent Paine Jr., Kansas City, MO; four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
He was preceded by his brother, Ed Paine.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at St Stanislaus Catholic Church in Rossville. Inurnment will be in the Rossville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice Care or Helping Hands Humane Society and sent in care of Piper Funeral Home, 714 Maple Street, St. Marys, Kansas 66536.
