BADURA, Joseph “Joe”

OBITUARY

Services will be 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Rossville Presbyterian Church for Joseph “Joe” Badura, 87, of Route 1, Rossville, who died Tuesday in a local hospital.

He was born 5 Sep 1880 in Moravia, Czechoslovakia, and came to the United States at age 10. He settled in the Delia and Rossville communities. He retired from farming about 10 years ago.

Mr. Badura was married to Mary Hejtmanek, Jan. 13, 1900. She died in November, 1943. An infant san and a daughter preceded him in death.

Mr. Badura was a member of the Czech Church north of Rossville and ZCBJ Lodge No. 128.

Survivors include a son, Henry Badura of Rossville, a daughter, Mrs. Frances Martinek of Rossville; five grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in the Moravian Cemetery, north of Rossville, Parker Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Rossville Presbyterian Church.
