Obituary- Marchbanks, Albert

11-14-1929 – 11-26-2020

Our beloved father left us behind on Thanksgiving Day as he headed off to "the big golf course in heaven." We were blessed to have a kind, gentle, devoted father who was loved by so many. As a lifetime PGA golf professional, he was known by most as simply "pro". If you met him, you would be comforted by his ease and entertained by his stories of golfing across the globe. The stories of people and how much he liked everyone-and they him- told of his character. Never an unkind word or disparaging remark.

He left behind his children Greg, Shari, and Felicia and one sister, Catherine. Our father had precious grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins as well as many friends he cherished, and he will be missed.

His career was service in the Air Force for twenty years and his love of being a PGA golf professional for over fifty years.

Due to COVID-19 a service is not planned at this time.
