Norman E. Cox
Norman E. Cox, 75, Rossville, died Sunday, August 8, 1999, at the Rossville Adult Living Center.
He was born December 27, 1923, the son of William E. and Marie Gilian Cox.
He was graduated from Rural Shawnee Mission High School, and attended Kansas State University, Manhattan. He served in the Unit¬ed States Army during World War II in the Army Corps of Engineers.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Jesse, Jim, and Bill Cox.
There are no immediate survi¬vors.
A graveside service was Wednesday at the Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth. Burial was in Leavenworth Nation¬al Cemetery.
Piper-Verschelden Funeral Home, St. Marys, was in charge of arrangements.
