Donice Ione Davis

Mrs. Donice Ione Davis, 57, Route 1, Rossville, died Friday, December 23, 1977, at her home of an apparent sudden heart attack.

Mrs. Davis was born on June 9, 1920, at Topeka, the daughter of Dudley and Myrtle Marney.

On August 23, 1941, she was married to Francis Davis. He survives.

She was a member of the Rossville Christian Church.

In addition to her husband, other survivors are two daughters, Sharon Davis and Candice Ann Davis, both of the home; her mother, Myrtle Marney, St. Mays; and one sister, Maxine Fryman, Blackfoot, Ida.

Mrs. Davis will lie in state until about noon at Parker-Price Mortuary in Topeka. Services will be at 2 Tuesday afternoon (today) at the Rossville Christian Church with interment to follow in the Rossville Cemetery. Casket bearers are Robert Marney, Marvin Davis, James Davis, John Davis, Glen Davis, and Dale Davis.
