Obituary- Davis, Nannie

NANNIE DAVIS

Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, December 27, at the Parker Mortuary Chapel in Topeka for Nannie Pendleton Davis, Silver Lake, who passed away December 24, 1973, at St. Marys. Rev. Paul Mitchell officiated.

She was born August 20, 1880, at Gates City, Va., and had lived most of her life in the Silver Lake and Rossville area.

She was a member of the Silver Lake United Methodist church and a 50 year member of the Silver Lake Loyal Chapter #176, Order of Eastern Star.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Interment was in Rossville Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Vern Wyatt, Estell Wyatt, Herbert Lambert, Frank Ward, Tommy Thomas and Howard Hook.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Silver Lake United Methodist Church.
