Obituary- Bailey, Mary

Mrs. S.W. Bailey
Mary Alice Moats was born Feb. 21, 1894, at Silver Lake, Kansas, and was taken from this life Feb. 18, 1929, aged 34 years, 11 months and 21 days. She was married to S.W. Bailey March 26, 1920. She is survived by her husband, three children Darrel, Earl, and Mary Frances; two step-sons, Audra and Estel. Also her mother, Mrs. Sarah Moats and three sisters, Miss Clara Moats, Mrs. Effie Tibbs, of Silver Lake; and Mrs. Ruth Burkepile, of Burlingame, Kansas; one brother, Byron Moats of Silver Lake.
Mrs. Bailey joined the Methodist church in her youth and was a loving wife and a good mother. Funeral services were held at the Walnut Hill Methodist church, Thursday, February 21, 1929, conducted by Rev. Edwin N. Judd.
