Obituary- Decker, Fannie
Fannie M. Decker
HOLTON - Mrs. Fannie M. Decker, 77, Holton, died Monday in a Topeka hospital where she was admitted Oct. 22.
She was born July 25, 1899, at Delia and lived in the Soldier and Havensville communities for many years before moving to Holton 25 years ago.
She was a school teacher for six years.
She was a member of Holton First United Methodist Church and a former member of Havensville Order of the Eastern Star.
She was married to William T. Jen¬kins on June 6, 1923 He died July 7, 1942. She was married to Albert Becker on Aug. 24, 1951. He survives at the home.
Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Rice, 3109 W. 8th, Tope¬ka; two sons, Lyle M. Jenkins, Houston, and Donald Jenkins, Route 3, Holton; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Bonnie Williams, Route 2, Alma; a stepson, Marvin L. Decker, Holton; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Mae Mase, Salina, and Mrs. Elsie Cle-mens, Clovis, Calif.; a brother, Evan Lewelling, Rossville, and 17 grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thurs¬day at Mercer Funeral Home, Holton. Burial will be in Mount Olive Ceme¬tery, east of Holton.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas Heart Association or First United Methodist Church, Hol¬ton, and sent in care of Denison State Bank, Holton. Friends may call at the home.
