Obituary- Disselhoff, Josephine
MRS. JOSEPHINE DISSELHOFF
Mrs. Josephine “Josie” Disselhoff, 82, of 1100 W. 40th St., died Friday at Trinity Lutheran Hospital. She was born in Delia, Kan., and had lived in this area for more than 60 years. Mrs. Disselhoff worked in the housekeeping department of the University of Kansas Medical Center before she retired in 1962. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She was a mem¬ber of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League and the Bohemian League, Delia. She leaves two sons, Benny Disselhoff of the home and Robert Disselhoff, Adrian, Mo.; four daughters, Mrs. Georgia Frolin, Kansas City, Kan., Mrs. Mary Williams of the home, Mrs. Gloria Mackey, Preston, Mo., and Mrs. Grace Joseph, Springdale, Ark.; a sister, Mrs. Anne Hanrion. Kansas City;22 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the church; burial in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The family suggests contributions to the church tape ministry or the organ fund.

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — Services were Monday in Independence, Mo., for Mrs. Josephine “Josie" Disselhoff, 82, Kansas City, Mo., who died Friday at Trinity Lutheran Hospital in Kansas City, Mo.
She was born June 22, 1900, in Delia, Kan. She lived in Kansas City, Mo., more than 60 years.
She was employed in the housekeeping-department at the University of Kansas Medical Center before she retired in 1962.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and Lutheran Women’s Missionary Service, both in Independence, Mo.; and the Bohemian League in Delia.
Survivors include two sons, Benny Disselhoff, at home, and Robert Disselhoff, Adrian, Mo.; four daughters, Mrs. Georgia Frolian, Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Mary Williams, at home, Mrs. Gloria Mackey, Preston, Mo., and Mrs. Grace Joseph, Springdale, Ark.; a sister, Mrs. Anne Hanrion, Kansas City, Mo.; 22 grandchildren; and 13 greatgrandchildren.
Burial was in Forest Hill Cemetery in Kansas City, Mo. Speaks Funeral Home at Independence, Mo., was in charge of arrangements.
