KAREN G. FIGGE
Karen G. Figge, 73, passed away Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at St. Francis Hospital, Topeka.
She was born Nov. 10, 1939, at Silver Lake, the daughter of LeRoy J. and Josephine Olejnik Pressgrove.
Karen graduated from Rossville High School. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Topeka, and a 50-year member of the ZCBJ Lodge, Rossville.
She was preceded in death by her father, LeRoy Pressgrove.
On Nov. 29, 1958, she was united in marriage to Myron Figge at Wheaton. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include her mother, Josephine Pressgrove, Rossville; sons, Rodney (Diane) Figge, Peyton, Colo., Roy Figge, Colorado Springs, Colo., Robbie (Debbie) Figge, and Rex (Sherry) Figge all of Wamego; a sister, Shirley Rosser, Duncan, Okla.; a brother, Ronald Pressgrove, Topeka; eight grandchildren: Copper, Autumn, Austin, Jesse, Shianne, Wyatt, Anna and Colby.
A prayer service was held Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Faith Lutheran Church, Topeka. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 28, at the Wamego Cemetery, Wamego.
Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice or the American Cancer Society and sent in care of Piper Funeral Home, 714 Maple, St. Marys, KS 66536.
