Obituary- Finney, Frank

Frank Finney, 18-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Finney of Spokane, Washington, drowned in a boat accident Monday. At this writing the body has not been recovered. His mother was Mildred Gutshall, sister of Harry Gutshall.
