IN THE PROBATE COURT OF SAID COUNTY AND STATE
In the Matter of the Estate of NETTIE GRISWOLD, Deceased No. 28276
NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL
The State of Kansas to All Persons Concerned:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in said Court by Sherwin B. Griswold, as son, heir at law, legatee and devisee of Nettie Griswold, deceased, and as executor named in the Will of said decedent, praying for the admission to probate of the Will of Nettie Griswold, dated November 3, 1959, and Codicil thereto, dated January 30, 1962, which instruments are filed with Petition, and for the appointment of Sherwin B. Griswold as executor of said Will, without bond, and you are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 13th day of September, 1963, at ten o’clock, A.M., of said day, in said court, in the city of Topeka, in Shawnee County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said Petition.
