Obituary- Freel, Ramah

Freel Baby Found Dead

Rumah Bernice Freel, the three weeks old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Freel, died sometime between 1 and 5 a. m. Saturday. The child was discovered to be dead by the father when he arose about 5 o’clock. The baby was perfectly well at 1 o’clock. An examination by a physician was unable to determine the cause of death except a possibility of its choking to death.
Mr. and Mrs. Freel live with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Bixby a mile north of town. The funeral service was held at the Bixby home Sunday at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. Basquin of the Methodist church. The body was interred in Rossville cemetery.
