Obituary- Hartzell, Frank

The Hartzell relatives received word Wednesday the sad news that Frank Hartzell, Jr., 17-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. F.E. Hartzell of Chillicothe, Ill., was critically ill, a victim of infantile paralysis which developed last week. He is paralyzed from his head down and was being treated at a hospital in Peoria, Ill.

LATER - Word came today (Thursday) [sic], that the boy had passed away.
