Obituary- Heiland, Kevin 2

Kevin Lee Heiland
Kevin Lee Heiland, 37, Mansfield, TX, died Wednesday, April 2, 2003, in an automobile accident.

He was born April 26, 1965, in Topeka, the son of Kenneth and Mary Ann Heiland. He moved with the family to Duncanville, TX in 1979. He graduated from Duncanville High School in 1983.

He owned a tanning salon franchise with his wife in Mansfield. He earlier had worked as district manager for Chief Auto Parts and Auto Zone, retiring after 20 years.

He was married to Amy Smith. She survives.

Other survivors include a son, Trenton Heiland, of the home; two daughters, Jessica Heiland and Taylor Heiland, Red Oak, TX; a stepdaughter, Amanda Bristow, of the home; his parents, Kenneth and Mary Ann Heiland, Duncanville, TX; two brothers, Jamie Heiland and Brian Heiland, both of Duncanville, TX; and a grandmother, Dolly Heiland, Rossville.

The Rite of Christian Burial was conducted Monday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Duncanville, TX. Burial was in Little Bethel Cemetery, Duncanville, TX.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kevin Lee Heiland Memorial Fund, and sent in care of David Clayton & Sons Funeral Home, 200 W. Center Street, Duncanville, TX 75116.

The family of Kevin Lee Heiland sincerely thanks each and every one for your support after Kevin’s untimely death.

All the prayers, flowers, cards, calls, Masses, monetary gifts and contributions to Kevin’s memorial fund are greatly appreciated by the family.

A special thanks to all the relatives who came from out-of-state to attend the service.
