MRS. ELDA HEJTMANEK
Services were at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at D. W. Newcomers Sons Funeral Home in Kansas City for Mrs. Elda Hejtmanek, 50, Kansas City, Mo., who died Monday in a hospital where she was admitted a few weeks ago. She had cancer.
She was born May 4, 1922, at Horton, Mo., and lived at Kansas City, Mo., about 24 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
She was employed by Blue Cross-Blue Shield at Kansas City, Mo., about 23 years.
She was married February 20, 1949, at Kansas City, Mo., to George Kenneth Hejtmanek, formerly of Topeka and Delia, Kan. He survives.
Later services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the United Methodist Church at Horton, Mo. Burial will be in Balltown Cemetery at Horton, Mo. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Ferry Funeral Home at Nevada, Mo., is in charge of arrangements.

KANSAS CITY — Service arrangements are pending here for Mrs. Elda Heitmanek, 60, who died this morning at a local hospital. She had cancer.
She was born May 4, 1922, at Horton, Mo., and was employed for more than 20 years by Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Kansas City.
She was married to George Kenneth Heitmanek, formerly of the Delia and Topeka areas. He survives.
