Obituary- Hladky, Emmanuel

Centenarian Dies In Rest Home
Emmanuel A. Hladky, 100, Rossville, died Thursday morning in a Topeka convalescent home.

Born Jan. 20, 1867, in Milwaukee, Wis., he grew up in Shawnee County until about 1900 when he moved to the Rossville-Delia area where he was a farmer.

He was married to Anna Lysek in 1914 in Delia. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Delia.

Survivors include his wife of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Marie Frederick of the home, and three grandchildren.

Services were at 9 a.m. Saturday in Sacred Heart Church with burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, St. Marys.
