Mrs. Ethel R. Johnson
Mrs. Ethel R. Johnson, 55, of 618 Buchanan, wife of J. R. Johnson, of the Johnson Motor Car company, died in a local hospital Saturday, after an extended illness.

Born in Tecumseh October 30, 1887, Mrs. Johnson spent her entire life in and near Topeka. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church.

Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Allen Rausch, San Diego. Calif.; one son, Tom R. Johnson, Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. T. P. Oliver, Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Lester Parr, Silver Lake; four brothers, J. F. Parks, Lakeland, Fla.; Harry R. Parks, Pasadena, Calif,; L. H. Parks, San Jose, Calif., and Owen M. Joy, Oklahoma City, and one grandson, John Stuart Johnson, Topeka.
