Loren E. Johnson
L.E. Johnson, 68, died Oct. 11, at his home in St. Louis, Mo. He is survived by his wife Ida Johnson, and a brother, Welcome Johnson of Trespiedras, New Mex. Mr. Johnson was born near Valley Falls, Jan. 2nd, 1865 and lived near Silver Lake until 1894, when he and Mrs. Johnson went to St. Louis, where they have since made their home. He had many relatives and friends in this county. Burial was in the Silver Lake cemetery.
