Obituary- Kaberline, Francis 2

Francis John Kaberline
Francis John Kaberline, 79, of Topeka, died December 13, 2011 at St. Francis Health Center.

He was born September 22, 1932 in Topeka the son of John P.
and Elizabeth L. (Schwerdt) Kaberline. He served with the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict.

Francis was an electrician for AT & SF Railroad for 42 years before he retired. He attended St. Joseph grade school, was a member of St. Joseph/Sacred Heart Parish, Knights of Columbus Council #534, Philip Billard Post #1650 of the V.F.W. and the American Legion in Rossville.

He married Darlene Mac Massey on July 4, 1955 at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Wamego she preceded him in death on February 12, 2006. Also preceding him in death were two brothers, Richard Kaberline, Jerome Kaberline and a sister, Sophia Ann Hladky. He is survived by a sister and several nieces and nephews.

Francis will lie in state after 2:00 p.m. Friday at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home where a Parish Rosary will be prayed at 5:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery with military honors provided by Philip Billard Post #1650 of the V.F.W.
