Obituary- Herrington, Robert

HERRINGTON
Robert Harvey Herrington, 78, died Monday afternoon at his home, 1230 North VanBuren street, Topeka. He was born in 1863 in Franklin county, and moved to Silver Lake with his parents when he was five years old. In 1907, he left the farm at Silver Lake and moved to a farm near the Boys’ Industrial school. He moved to Topeka in 1913 and operated a grocery store at 1335 North VanBuren street until he retired two years ago.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Herrington; a brother, J. B. Herrington, Silver Lake, and two nephews, Harold and Byron Herrington, Silver Lake.
