Obituary- Keller, Charles O. 2

Charles O. Keller
ROSSVILLE - Charles 0. Keller, 87, Rossville, died Monday, Feb. 9, 1998, at a Topeka hospital.

Mr. Keller retired from the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in 1976, and he drove a school bus for Kaw Valley Unified School District) 321. He also farmed with his son for several years.

He was born Nov. 4,1930, in Delia, the son of Levi and Mabel King Keller. He graduated from Rossville High School in 1948, and he attended Clark's Business School in Topeka.

Mr. Keller was a member of Rossville United Methodist Church, Lake Lodge No. 50 AF&AM in Silver Lake and the Moose Lodge in Topeka.

He was married to Phyllis Jane Page on March 12, 1950. She survives.

Other survivors include a son, Dennis Keller, Rossville; two daughters, Tammy Scott, Silver Lake, and Jennifer Lesser, Olathe; a brother, Richard Keller, Topeka; three sisters, Freda Rickson and Juanita Raab, both of Topeka, and Elrena Lester, Quincy, III.; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Rossville United Methodist Church. Burial with Masonic graveside services conducted by Lodge No. 50 AF&AM will be at Rossville Cemetery. Mr. Keller will lie in state after 5 p.m. today at the church, where relatives and friends will meet from 7 to 8 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or to Rossville United Methodist Church and sent in care of Piper-Verschelden Funeral Chapel in Rossville.
